TREES PLANTED

On the school grounds of Phoenix College Sebastopol on National Tree Day, Fifteen Trees along with a hand full of students from the Year 10 Environmental Science class planted 4 mature trees. These trees were planted due to the generous support of Brian and Maree Harrison from Harrison Funerals Ballarat.

Brian and Maree have now helped over 80 mature trees find homes across Ballarat – in locations such as Learmonth Community Gardens, EarthED, Garibaldi Community Reserve and Creswick Primary School. These mature trees are exotics and they will provide shade and beauty for generations of students to come.

In this way, sustainable initiatives are not just good for the planet – they also make strong business sense, creating a win-win for hotels, their guests, and the communities and ecosystems they support.

300 TREES PLANTED

March 26, 2026
There’s something quietly powerful about a person who decides, on their own, to do something good for the planet. No fanfare, no corporate mandate – just a simple choice to put a few trees in the ground. When hundreds of individuals make that same choice, something remarkable happens. Native forests are restored, wildlife corridors are rebuilt, and community groups across Australia get to do the work they love. So if you’ve ever purchased trees through Fifteen Trees, thank you.
