Team building brings people together by encouraging teamwork. Fun activities that help people see each other in a different light allow them to connect in different settings. One of the best reasons for team building is that the activities actually work to accomplish improved communication. A successful team building activity, will surely mean a more comfortable, successful workplace environment for any company.
And when you combine team building and volunteer work! Well – you are ticking all the boxes!!
And this is exactly what happened on Tuesday 8th December when the team from Michelin Tyres joined forces with Fifteen Trees and Westgate Biodiversity and planted out 1,000 native grasses, shrubs and trees, of which the tyre company purchased 500, along with the tree guards.
Thank you to Solterbeck Events for initiating this planting day between Fifteen Trees and Michelin.
Fifteen Trees have many affiliations with community and environmental groups who would love your assistance to get ‘trees in the ground’. Heading outside to plant trees is a wonderful way to give back to the community, enjoy the ‘great outdoors’ and get your team working together on a common project.
