School teacher Louisa-Jane writes … The staff, children and parents of Shelford Primary school wish to thank Peter King for the gift of trees (150). We had a fantastic day planting. It was amazing to watch how they jumped out of the vehicles and all grabbed something and got stuck in to planting the trees. The kids really enjoyed it. They all took turns at putting the trees into the ground and getting the stakes and tree guards. One of the girls was a tree whisperer encouraging each tree to ‘grow well because you’re awesome’.[fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”] Thank you Louisa-Jane for your beautiful work with the students out at Shelford, and thank you too Peter King for providing the trees for the school to plant.
