My two sons, Hamish and Morgan, helped me plant the 60 trees to widen our wildlife corridors and the various habitat nodes we have along these corridors. We planted species that were once found in these woodlands and hope that in the near future they will provide habitat for our local fauna. We also planted some sheoaks and Melaleucas as wildlife habitat around the perimeter of our house and garden fence. Thanks Fifteen Trees – every little bit helps to contribute towards improving habitat on our rural property and maybe with a bit of luck, the declining Diamond Firetail will return.
Regards Felicity.
