National Tree Day at Hopkins Falls.

TREES PLANTED

Ross Morley, Managing Director of G. J. Gardner Homes has been supporting our native environment (through Fifteen Trees) since 2013 and has helped plant 1000’s of trees across Victoria and Tasmania. For every new home built, Fifteen Trees organises the planting of 15 trees in the local district. This year, the project will see over 8,500 trees planted by schools, landcare and various environmental groups. img_1517_warrnambool Tree planting Andrew Womersley from G. J. National Tree day was celebrated at the Hopkins Falls, Sunday 31st July at Wangoom in Southwest Victoria on Sunday with around 40 volunteers coming together to help plant around 700 trees/grasses, weeding and spreading of mulch was also achieved. Many thanks to all those that come along and the large group of wonderful girl guides & families.  We all enjoyed a BBQ afterwards, a very successful day in all with lots of sunshine appreciated by all those who attended.  Also big thank-you to GJ Gardner Homes and Moyne Shire Council for their donation of trees for the day. 400 TREES PLANTED

David Cook-Doulton and Martin Shew always thought regional towns of Ballarat and Bendigo had a world-class feel. They could see it in the wide streets, the grand buildings and beautiful botanical gardens. And so two world-class hotels were created – Hotel Vera (Ballarat) and Hotel Ernest (Bendigo). Both hotels link luxury with environmental awareness as part of ‘true luxury, founded upon environmental integrity’.
