G. J. Gardner Homes has been supporting our native environment (through Fifteen Trees) since 2013 and has helped us plant 34,000 trees across Victoria and Tasmania. For every new home built, Fifteen Trees organises the planting of 15 trees in the local district. This year, the project will see over 8,500 trees planted by schools, landcare and various environmental groups.   The partnership with Fifteen Trees allows GJG teams to go into the field for some team building activities as well as help support the local community through their corporate social responsibility policies. Andrew Womersley from G. J. Gardner Homes Wodonga are generous supporters of local community groups and their tree planting projects. This year, Andrew purchased 210 trees for the Hopkins Falls Landcare Group  

“Tree Planting Day at the Hopkins Falls was held on Sunday 1st October at Wangoom in Southwest Victoria  with around 15 volunteers coming together to help plant around 300 trees/grasses with focus on the areas near the main viewing platform.  Many thanks to all those that come along in wet  & windy conditions.

We all enjoyed a BBQ afterwards, so  a very successful day. Also big thank-you to G.J. Gardner Homes for their donation of trees for the day”.
