Ross Morley, Managing Director of G. J. Gardner Homes has been supporting our native environment (through Fifteen Trees) since 2013 and has now helped plant over 44,000 trees across Victoria and Tasmania. For every new home built, Fifteen Trees organises the planting of 15 trees in the local district. This year alone the project will see over 11, 000 trees planted by schools, landcare and various environmental groups.
Leon Adelman from G. J. Gardner Homes Pakenham is a generous supporter of local community groups and their tree planting projects. This year, the Pakenham team purchased 135 trees for the Toomuc Landcare Group. The trees were planted at the Toomuc Valley Nature Reserve in Toomuc Valley, Victoria.

We were delighted to hear that Fifteen Trees and G.J. Gardner Homes had arranged 135 trees for our planting project at Toomuc Valley Nature Reserve. We had the 135 trees in the ground in approximately an hour. Many thanks to G.J. Gardner Homes and particularly to their Pakenham staff who not only provided the plants but arranged for their staff to come and help plant them.

Each year, Fifteen Trees plants native trees for every new home built by the Wodonga team. A tangible and lasting contribution to the local environment.
Chris and Sharri Longmore from G.J. Gardner Homes Shepparton are generous supporters of local community groups, and their tree planting projects. To date, Chris, Sharri and their team purchased almost 3,000 native trees for the Goulburn Valley district.
According to Sustainability Victoria, the average Australian lifestyle produces 15,000kg of carbon per year. If that sounds like a lot, it is! Over its lifetime, a tree can collect and store 268kg. This means, we each need to plant 58 trees per year to bring our individual carbon production down to zero. A little tricky for most of us to do in our own backyards, and this is where ‘A Subscription for the Planet’ comes in.
