TREES PLANTED

A successful planting day was held at Newhaven College at Phillip Island on Friday 25th July (National Schools Tree Day). In attendance with staff and students, were Gill Hardman and Garry Cox from G. J. Gardner Homes Bass Coast. Gill and Garry generously paid for the trees (240) planted on the school grounds. Helping with the co-ordination was Lisa Wangman from Phillip Island Landcare. Thank you Lisa for finding such a great home for the trees. GJG NC 15T PILC BCLC BMB ARK NTPD. 1 Over Victoria and Tasmania, GJG are helping to plant over 5400 trees across 20 locations. A massive commitment to our native environment. Slainte – Colleen

That’s a long history of giving from these remarkable women, and we are not only benefactors of this kindness, as their other philanthropy does ripple out to myriad of other organisations as well.
