I would like to thank Fifteen Trees and G.J Gardner Homes for their support at our annual Grow West Community Planting Day event. On behalf of Grow West, Port Phillip and Westernport CMA, Victorian National Parks Association and Friends of Werribee Gorge and Long Forest Mallee, we would like to thank you for helping us make the 2017 planting day a success, with 200 volunteers attending and 6,000 native seedlings planted. The day was held at Moorabool Shire Council Telford Park Reserve, a 16 hectare site. We would also like to thank the following who contributed to the community planting day; both in kind through their efforts and financially; Moorabool Shire Council, Melbourne Water, Fifteen Trees, G.J. Gardner Homes, Bacchus Marsh Lions Club, Victorian Mobile Landcare Group, Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers and local residents. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Ben and G.J. Gardner Homes into the future. Restoring Australian ecosystems. Supporting communities with their revegetation projects for a greener and healthier planet.
Fifteen Trees acknowledges Indigenous Australians as the traditional custodians of the lands on which we work, live and play.
We recognise that Indigenous Australians have cared for and lived in harmony with this land for millennia, and their knowledge and wisdom of the land endures.
We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and stand in solidarity as Indigenous Australians seek a fairer and more sustainable future for the land and its people.
