The Ballarat Specialist School was grateful to receive the generous donation of 18 deciduous trees from long time supporters of Fifteen Trees – Harrison Funerals. The trees were planted by one of the senior classes at the School’s FARM Campus (Norman Street, Ballarat) earlier last month. “With such a large area to develop, the school was thrilled to receive the donation of trees. They have added significantly to our garden landscape” John Burt, Principal The trees have been planted in the area around the main buildings and will in years to come provide shade and beauty to the school’s surrounds.

WPA acknowledges that when it comes to environmental initiatives, its people are its strength. It has recently partnered with us to plant a selection of native trees for each hard-working staff member identified as a Sustainability Warrior.
Sometimes there are really simple things everyone can do to reduce their carbon footprint. When staying at a hotel, choosing to skip the room cleaning and having a tree planted instead, is one of those things’. Hotels for Trees.
