Girl Guides plant 20 mature trees.
TREES PLANTED
Brian and Maree Harrison (Harrison Funerals) have once again donated trees to community groups in the Ballarat district. This time around, 20 mature trees were planted at the Girl Guides camp at Creswick, due to the generosity of this caring couple.
Harrison Funerals ‘strive to ensure that every family’s funeral experience is a positive one and through (their) care and service (they) are able to ease some of the grief and assist the healing process’. Harrison Funerals plant one mature tree on the behalf of every family for whom they provide a funeral service.
The trees at the camp will be really well looked after by the Girl Guides. Young environmentalists in the making!

The planting went really well last month. We had our Ballarat Begonia Girl Guides (aged 6-10) assist us whilst on camp, and their Dads came out for the planting and were a great help. Lingbogol Camp at Creswick is going to look fantastic when the trees mature! We planted 120 small trees and 20 of the larger mature trees.
