Planting trees for Kings Cars

TREES PLANTED

Tis a busy time for tree planting in Southern Australia and Victoria is no exception. Trees (60) have gone out to St Patricks PS at Gordon and St Michael’s PS at Springbank for planting. School Principal Michael Kennedy writes …
The children have planted out an area on the side of the oval at St Patrick’s Gordon where balls would roll down and out onto the road. This will complete a section along our oval. We had a lovely day for planting with the sun coming out for one of the rare occasions this winter. Our children from years Prep-Six participated in  the planting with staff. Mr Ben Stott coordinated our project and the entire community of St Patrick’s Gordon greatly appreciates the support we received throughout the project and for the donation of the trees which made it possible. Children at St Michael’s Springbank also had a planting day and planted their trees along their school oval to provide some protection from the wind and some extra shade in summer. They will also continue to encourage native birds back to our school. Thanking you for your support.
Once again a huge thank you to Peter King and the team at King’s Cars. Fifteen Trees plants 15 trees for every new Citroen and Mitsubishi sold at the dealership. More of Peter’s trees to yet be planted this year. Slàinte – Colleen   New-Kings-CMYK[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
