Maroona Primary School staff and students, with the assistance of the Upper Hopkins Land Management Group and G.J. Gardner Homes, have planted 195 indigenous trees at Andrews Lane Reserve just north of Maroona township. This planting adds to the work done by the students in 2012. The trees will be maintained by Maroona PS and Upper Hopkins Land Management Group.
Thank you to Sally and Ashley Heard who are the Ararat franchisees of G.J. Gardner Homes. How fantastic to see this company showing leadership in climate action.
