TREES PLANTED

Hi Colleen, I have attached some photos from our tree planting day on Friday. It was a very successful day and hopefully the trees planted will grow well and provide a home for all the local birds and shade for the children at our Campus. Thank you and thanks also to Harrison Funerals who enabled these trees to be planted.  Miss Debbie Mayman Woady Yaloak PS – Smythesdale [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”]

Maree and Brian Harrison from Harrison Funerals have been long time supporters of our community. To date they have helped plant almost 100 mature trees (one tree for every cremation service). These trees are planted in primary schools and community gardens and reserves in the Ballarat district. The mature trees are a mixture of exotic species such as Silver Birch, Elm, London Plane and Peppercorn. These trees make beautiful shade trees for those needing a respite from the sun. Special thanks to Maree and Brian. We will need to do something special for your up-coming 100th tree. Slainte – Colleen[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
