At Fifteen Trees, we believe in supporting community groups by providing them with native trees for their revegetation projects. Sometimes, we can also include funds towards tree guards and morning teas.

There is no charge to receive trees for planting, however you do need to be a member of an environmental or community group (such as Landcare, school, environmental network etc) to receive the trees. Trees may be planted on public or private property in any state or territory of Australia. Please note, when we mention trees, in the interests of biodiversity, we also include shrubs, grasses and ground-covers. All plants are native, if not indigenous to the district in which they are being planted.

In return for this support, we ask for feedback about your tree planting day/s for our website. This feedback includes: photos (ideally with people) and answers to the following questions;

• What is the name of the planting group?
• Where is the site? Why is it significant? Aboriginal name of the area? GPS coordinates (go to Google Maps, find your site, hold down the site until a pin appears, copy coordinates).
• Month/s of planting?
• Number of volunteers who joined you on the planting day/s? Can you tell us a little about them?
• What species of trees and shrubs were planted (common names please)?
• What is the dominant species of vegetation in the area?
• How will these trees enhance the native environment?
• What native animals (including birds) live in this area?
• Could you provide a thank you quote to those who have paid for your trees? We will include this into the blogpost along with your name and title.

• what community group you belong to,
• where you wish to plant,
• ideally how many trees (native tube stock/hiko) you want for your planting project/s
• what nursery you intend to source your trees from and
• prices of their native tube stock or hikos.
