We are so grateful for the trees that we received, as when we moved to our property 6 months ago, we only had one lonely old gum tree up in the back corner of our 5 acres. Ballarat City European carbon offset 4 of its new Peugeots last month. As a result the family at Springmount Property have been able to plant 60 native trees this winter. New Peugeot owners Creed, Mental Health Nursing and Isherwood all now have smaller carbon footprints thanks to the forward thinking of Justin Krousoratis at the Ballarat Peugeot dealership.

According to Sustainability Victoria, the average Australian lifestyle produces 15,000kg of carbon per year. If that sounds like a lot, it is! Over its lifetime, a tree can collect and store 268kg. This means, we each need to plant 58 trees per year to bring our individual carbon production down to zero.
