Trees planted at Sandy Hills farm this month were paid for by Pip from Partycles Balloon and Party Supplies (3 x 15 trees) and Brett from Davis Planning Solutions (1 x15 trees). Through their generous support of this project, the landowners at Sandy Hills have been able to plant 60 trees on their 10 acre property at Garibaldi (just south of Ballarat). All trees have been protected with tree guards and in the future will bring shelter, food and protection to the native animals that live on/near the property, as well as collect over 4 tonnes of carbon during their lifetime. If you look closely, you will see kangaroos bounding past the new seedlings.
