Peter King and team from King’s Cars Ballarat has been generous supporters of Fifteen Trees since 2010. During that time Kings Cars has purchased over 8,000 trees for community groups in the Ballarat district.

Recently, on the behalf of Kings Cars, we organised the planting of 650 trees at one of our favourite places – Narmbool at Elaine, Victoria.
Narmbool is a 2,000-hectare property, carrying approximately 12,000 adult sheep. The property is also home to koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and platypuses. Since 1980, the management team have made major contributions to the development of the farm and the protection of the environment. These have included a strong program of tree planting to reduce erosion and provide protection for sheep.

Helping out with the planting were the students from Ballarat High School. They worked tireless under the winter skies with the help from Mathew Dowler and the Education Team at Narmbool.
