St Brigid’s Paddock

TREES PLANTED

The Sisters Of St Brigid have had a busy time planting 1000’s of trees on a parcel of donated land at Shoreham Vic.  Brigid’s Paddock (as it is now called) is slowly being re-vegetated from pasture to forest through the generous support of Aaron Bones (33 trees), Jennifer Forest (15 trees), Julie Phillips (15 trees) and Helen Rowan (2 trees as gifts). first-planting-2-300x225 Aaron is manager/owner of new restaurant in Grill’d Ballarat. Aaron has generously donated $100 to Fifteen Trees. Every month Grill’d encourage their customers to support local organisations by adding tokens to the ‘community jars’. The initiative is called – Local Matters. Every month, 3 new organisations are highlighted and in October, Fifteen Trees was fortunate enough to become involved. photo 1 Thank you to Aaron, Helen, Jennifer (I want her surname) and dear friend Julie. Your donations have allowed another 65 trees to be planted by Sr Anne Boyd and her supporters at the St Brigidine Order. photo(14) copy Slainte – Colleen
