TREES PLANTED

“Hi Colleen – I wish to thank Fifteen Trees for organising the plants.. Also thanks to Creswick Nursery for the expert advice and knowledge into what type of plants I needed. A special thanks to the generosity of the individuals who also helped by donating money. Well done to all involved, especially my wife, kids and friends who helped by digging all 60 holes, planting the trees, then watering them on such a hot day.” – Tom.

Tom was able to plant 60 trees out in Maryborough, Victoria due to the generous support of 4 individuals – namely Lansdowne, Green, Miller (all from Victoria themselves) and McDougall (from Tweed Heads in NSW). It looks like Tom has enhanced the colour in his photos of the trees – I really like the effect.

Planting season in the southern states has now commenced and Fifteen Trees is almost at the 10,000 trees planted mark (sitting at 9070). Quiet celebrations when we hit that target – a glass of champagne somewhere out in the Wombat state forest (Daylesford region) with some friends, family, the dog and Momoka (our Japanese exchange student) who is still coming to grips with what Fifteen Trees is ‘all about’.
